Born and bred in rural Essex, we think Alex is the embodiment of self-expression. From performing to his heart’s content in acting, voice acting, and music to becoming the ideas man for 20 years in marketing and also a published author, Alex was born to perform in every creative way he can.
Our Sean Connery lookalike doesn’t sound Scottish nor have an Essex accent per se, his voice is clear as a bell with an approachable warmth that’s less like a full-on bonfire and more like a hot cup of brewing tea that’s inviting and reassuring. Alex’s voice can work for any brief as his voice is like a time machine that can make him sound deep and mature like a baby boomer or excited and hyped up like he was meant to be at a Gen Z festival. Being a performer like Alex gives you multiple lives!

Whether it was playing the baddie in a pantomime for the local Am Dram (Amateur Dramatics) or singing as a boy soprano with the Harlow Chorus, Alex has always been an avid performer. He narrated a short BBC documentary on Glastonbury and even wrote, voiced and produced a promotional video for eBay – a true one-man show of creativity! And hey, who else can boast that they’ve appeared on Richard & Judy…twice!
He took a break from the physical arts to bring ideas to life in the boardroom and we’re glad he’s back in the game for good with Ace Voices – great decision, Alex!
