Oliver Mills-Denley
More about our Ace Talent:
Oliver grew up in a house with not very good food (sorry, mum!). And that changed the course of his life forever as London drove him into the diaspora of il buon gusto. With his curiosity, determination and a can-do attitude, Oliver became a Chef at Marcus Wareing, a 2-star Michelin restaurant in London and hey! It is reputed to be one of the toughest kitchens in the UK to slog in and the rumours were right! Working 16-hour days with high pressure stoves, Oliver is the calm in the storm. Well, Anthony Bourdin’s Kitchen Confidential does spring to mind!
Food-lover Oliver was also a procurer for a family of butchers; he loves travelling all over the country to meet farmers and growers. He has even co-founded a Singapore spice paste company, Rempapa in London!
And currently? Well, now he’s gone and left everything behind to start a coffee-van called Brad & Dills - We did say he has that can-do attitude, didn’t we!
